Mercedes A-Class comes to the US for Millennial

Mercedes believes that it has the opportunity of mass sales in the compact premium market, especially with a millennium-old mid-range kit. Over the past half century, the cost of research and development on any car has increased significantly, so the volume of the game has become the name of the game. Mercedes A-Class has been sold in Europe and other parts of the world since 1997, but in the United States the Baby Merc market did not seem strong enough, it was mainly sold as a hatch abroad.

Benz and many others seem to be on the wave of CUV’s popularity and have achieved some success in selling compact entry-level luxury sedans such as the CLA, BMW 2 Series and Audi A3. This increased brand awareness for people doing a little less than the average new Mercedes buyer or tenant 10 years ago – and there may be more such people looking for a new car.

Various sources report that dealers were shown a car that received a warm welcome. Based on the MFA2 architecture, the car is likely to be offered in front-wheel drive and all-wheel drive vehicles and is associated with the Concept A sedan shown below. Most of the competitors are offered in this configuration, so MB should not have problems with the temptation of millennials who want to get a convenient shipping box with a small package that supports their devices, offers all modern security features and is available with an Internet service.
